    The apprentice wins!

    An apprentice has been promoted to property assistant at a Newcastle estate agency just 13 months after starting his apprenticeship. 19 year old Adam Bishop found his apprenticeship thanks to the apprenticeship provider Positive Outcomes last year and then began working towards his qualification at GFW Lettings in Gosforth, Newcastle. After completing a successful level 2 apprenticeship in residential property letting and management, Adam was offered a full time position as a property assistant. Adam said, “I had always been interested in property but I knew that I needed a qualification to start my career. Positive Outcomes estate agency apprenticeships at industry level so it seemed like the perfect fit. “Working at GFW Lettings is always enjoyable and varied. Everyone here is really friendly to work with and I’m not sat in the office all day – I am out and about and meeting tenants. “I would recommend an apprenticeship to anybody. It is a great opportunity as it gives you the chance to start your chosen career and learn as you go along.
