      A hat-trick of live-streamed auctions saw a busy month for SDL Property Auctions, which ended with great success across the East Midlands at its National Property Auction. Although the auctioneer now operates nationally, it proved its roots remain firmly in the home region with a number of auction sales. One Nottingham property that exceeded all expectations was a seven-bedroom, detached Victorian property. In a sought-after location in the centre of West Bridgford, it sold for an impressive £704,000 against a guide price of £450,000+. Managing director and auctioneer Andrew Parker said: “This beautiful property attracted a great deal of attention from bidders and with good reason. There are lots of possibilities here and we hope this house is being given a new lease of life.” Staying in Nottingham, a detached bungalow sitting on a substantial plot in Beeston sold for £344,000 from a guide price of £235,000+.
