Pilgrim Cottage, Platts Lane, Old Moss, Tarvin at a guide price of £125,000+

After topping the table for the biggest UK August property auction for two years running, SDL Property Auctions held the country’s biggest livestreamed auction of the month in September too. Featuring over 240 lots, the auction proved there is no sign of the market cooling down as the stamp duty holiday comes to an end.

The auctions market has also been given a boost by the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, so potential buyers can once again book in-person property viewings on the SDL Property Auctions website. Managing Director and Auctioneer Andrew Parker said, “We are delighted to be able to offer in-person viewings once again and people can be assured that we take precautions to keep them safe.”
