Last month, a team from park home selling specialists, Quickmove Properties, took on the Walk to Remember, a gruelling 13 mile trek from Gloucestershire to Wiltshire in aid of the charity Alzheimer’s Support.

The event follows three members of the team completing a death defying skydive over the Wiltshire countryside that saw them raise a total of £3,823.

Last weekend’s task, the Quickmove Walk to Remember, was more a test of endurance than nerve. The team took on the 13 mile trek along the Thames Path.

To date, the team of 19 fundraisers have raised £961 and for the walk, which saw them start in Lechlade in Gloucestershire, with the finish line being in the Wiltshire town of Cricklade.

Community Fundraising Manager, Rachel Fear, commented: “Alzheimer’s Support is a charity that is very close to our heart as a company and we’re incredibly proud of the Quickmove team for the effort and dedication they have shown in tackling the fundraising tasks presented to them.
