Is this the best estate agency Xmas video so far this year?
Central London independent agency GLP reckons it is, even if they admit it is a 'little cheesy'.
An estate agency in London has pulled out all the stops to make a bid for the best Xmas video this year – and we think it’s the best so far.
Two-branch Greater London Properties (GLP), which has offices in Bloomsbury and Soho, has spent considerable time and resources to make the video featuring colleagues at both locations.
Set to the Mariah Carey jingletastic 1994 classic All I Want For Christmas Is You, it features six members of staff miming along to the song, including husband and wife directors Kate and Rob Hill.
Milk carton
Others featured in the production, during which one staffer makes memorable use of a milk carton, are lettings negotiator Kais Karragi, senior lettings negotiator Becky Hill and office manager Jessica Tonoli.
Like many movies these days, the video was shot on an iPhone and edited in-house by the team.
“We wanted to provide a personal touch to Christmas for our clients and give them a feel for who we really are,” Kate Hill tells The Neg.
GLP was established in 2003 by Rob Hill in Soho and opened its second office in Bloomsbury in 2015.
