Greater London Properties (GLP) are getting into the Halloween spirit with their latest ‘showreel’ paying an ode to Tim Burton’s spooky comedy flic Beetlejuice.

The 1998 film stars Michael Keaton as Betelgeuse, a malicious ‘showtime’ spirit that helps Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara (Geena Davis) rid their home of the new family that moved in.

The film also stars actress Anne McEnroe who plays estate agent Jane Butterfield who comes to the protagonists – played by Baldwin and Davis – with an unsolicited offer to buy their house.

SPOILERS

The Neg doesn’t do spoilers, so you’ll have to watch the film to see what unfolds but Greater London Properties have gone the extra mile and created an amusing ode to the classic film.

After the success of agency’s Mariah Carey Christmas Reel, this Halloween follow-up creeps up on founder Rob Hill arriving to his office to find his Bloomsbury Team ‘possessed’.

LAUGHTER

Becky Hill, a senior negotiator in the team, says: “The reels add a lot of laughter to the office and whilst some ideas initially sound impossible we always seem to pull it off – we never take ourselves too seriously.”

Kate Hill, marketing manager at GLP, adds: “Our demographic is diverse and therefore it’s essential that we embrace new trends and our social media reels have allowed us to reach new audiences. One of our recent posts went viral to 405,000 people!”
