Belvoir rolls out block management service after pilot in the Wirral
Property giant says 18-month trial by its Northwood franchisee in partnership with recently-launched B-hive offering was a success.

Belvoir is to roll out a block management service across its 340-branch network of branches including Northwood, Newton Fallowell, Lovelle, Nicholas Humphreys and Belvoir.
The offering is via a deal with B-hive Block Management Partners, which is a subsidiary of 20-office property management giant HML. It launched the service last month.
HML’s own in-house operation manages over 85,000 properties across England and Wales.
B-hive, which operates independently of HML, enables agents to offer block management under their own brand, while having access to the B-hive back-office solutions, client finance service charge accounting, compliance, essential services, marketing, systems, software, client portal and training.
This proposition, which was first announced within Belvoir Group’s 2019 Annual Report, has been piloted during the past 18 months by Northwood’s Wirrall franchisee Deryck Highet (pictured) and, following its success, Belvoir Group is now keen to roll it out across the network.
“We are delighted to have partnered with such a capable company and to have been able to bring this additional service to our franchisees,” says Belvoir Group CEO Dorian Gonsalves.
“This is a great opportunity for our franchisees to put their brand in front of more customers, bringing their specialist local knowledge, with B-hive sitting in the background providing the systems that are required. “By adding this service, they will look to build relationships with a much wider audience and deliver a wider range of services to clients.”
