French property management start-up the ICare Group is planning global expansion and plans to launch in the UK, Spain and the United States of America next year.

ICare has built Orion, a service for agents working within the holiday-lets property rental sector that makes the management of housekeeping services more fluid for those involved in the seasonal-property-rental industry, and that can be plugged into existing property management software suites.

The group first developed a marketplace, called R-LOGINET, that helped connect property managers with professional service providers.

ORION

Orion is for property managers looking to offer concierge services and other estate agency services and to seasonal rentals including the entry and exit of guests, handing over of keys, cleaning and household linen.
