iDWELL, the European digital property management company, is launching in the UK after receiving around £5 million Series A cash from Tech VC Flashpoint, based in London, and family office Wecken & Cie, among others.

The proptech firm’s CRM system and app already manages some 900,000 apartments following a steady roll out across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and after a small pilot scheme is now focussing its crosshairs on UK agents.

Features include maintenance ticketing, full email and communication integration, automated workflow, and separate landlord and tenant facing apps.

Alex Roth, founder and chief executive of iDWELL, said: “We will offer close support to property managers when transferring over to our product, digitising their processes and making them more efficient in order to save time, resources and money.”

Alex Abbott, leader of iDWELL’s UK team, added: “Digitisation in the property management market is a big topic.

“We’re confident that this is exactly the right time to be launching and that iDWELL is now the best property management CRM on the UK market.”
