New hires at Knight Frank

Chris Nguyen has been appointed Head of Lettings in Knight Frank’s King’s Cross office.
Chris joined Knight Frank’s Canary Wharf lettings team as a Negotiator in 2017. In 2021 he broke the record for the most deals agreed in a financial year and was promoted to Associate later that year.
In his new role, Chris will run Knight Frank’s lettings office in King’s Cross. Chris commented: “I am excited to be joining a team that holds such a strong market presence in N1C.”
In Investment Management, three new senior hires have been made. The specialist real estate investment management arm which manages around £4bn of assets in the UK and internationally, has brought in new blood as it targets further expansion and growth in the residential sector.
Ian Wilson has been appointed as a Partner to grow KFIM’s residential investment management business, reflecting the growing client demand for residential assets and impact investments. Ian’s initial focus will be on the U.K. with a longer-term ambition to develop a European residential business. KFIM has also strengthened its best-in-class research, forecasting and ESG expertise, with the appointment of Xaviere Roudeix-Crouan as Head of Research and Forecasting, and Chantal Beaudoin, who joins as Head of ESG, one of the key aspirations for the KFIM business being to create and deliver new investment products with environmental and social impact.
