Knight Frank has appointed Mike Knowles (main image) in the newly created board-level role of Head of Lettings Business Development.

The role brings together the company’s Lettings Completion Solutions, Relocation and Corporate Services, and Short Lets functions under a single structure.

The new structure is designed to drive greater efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Knowles joins Knight Frank from CBRE, where he spent the past 12 years, most recently as Head of Residential Agency.  He joins Knight Frank on 13th July and will also become a member of the lettings board.
