Partridge Homes strengthens lettings team

Katie Fisher joins Birmingham and Solihull agency, Partridge Homes, as it prepares to launch residential block management in January 2027.

Partridge Homes Katie FisherPartridge Homes has appointed Katie Fisher as Property Manager, marking the third addition to its lettings team since May 2026.

Katie’s appointment follows the arrival of Nicola Hall and Sarah Bannister, strengthening the team supporting landlords and tenants across Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding areas.

She brings experience from both healthcare and property. Having previously held a senior position in the healthcare sector, Katie developed skills in administration, auditing and working closely with people before moving into estate agency and lettings with a corporate business.

Her responsibilities at Partridge Homes include preparing inventories, carrying out property inspections and liaising with landlords and tenants. Her work will support accurate recording of property condition, early identification of concerns and clear communication throughout tenancies.

Supporting significant growth

The family-run estate and letting agency agreed close to 40 new rentals in September 2026 alone, making this year its strongest yet for new rentals agreed since it began trading in 2007.

Charlotte Partridge, Managing Director, said: “That growth has to be supported by investment in the right people. Katie is our third appointment to the lettings team since May, and each addition helps us maintain the personal service and attention to detail our landlords and tenants expect.

“Katie brings a great combination of organisation, experience and a warm approach to people. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”

The agency is also preparing to launch residential block management in January 2027. The new service will build on its existing property management experience, with Nicola Hall bringing more than two decades of specialist experience from her previous role at Scanlans Property Management.

Charlotte added: “Residential block management is an important next step for us. We have received enquiries over the years from freeholders and leaseholders, but wanted to have the right people and experience in place before launching.”
