Stirling Ackroyd Group delivers 20% revenue growth in 2022

The opening of Department grows five sales and lettings offices and the acquisition of three property companies in London and the South East in 2022 has contributed to a 20% revenue growth in 2022 for Stirling Ackroyd Group.

The businesses acquired include Red Bear Property Management, Hamilton Chess and Castle Estates, which have all rebranded as Stirling Ackroyd. The Group opened sales offices in Earlsfield, Canary Wharf and Nine Elms in London, a sales and lettings office in Byfleet, Surrey, and a lettings office in Englefield Green, Surrey.

The Group intends to acquire a similar number of property businesses over the next 12 months and open sales and lettings offices in strategic locations across London and the South East.

At the end of the year the Group picked up two of the biggest accolades at The Negotiator Awards 2022, including London Agency of the Year and Estate Agency of the Year (Large), beating off strong competition. It was the first London agent to achieve this double in more than seven years.

To round off a busy year for the Group, more than 40 awards were presented to employees as a reward for their hard work, dedication and achievements over the past 12 months. More than 30 people will enjoy a cruise to Mainland Europe with visits to top sights in Northern France and the Netherlands.
