Having lived in the region for more than 30 years, Plum Fenton joins Savills from Haringtons buying agency as their London Specialist. Prior to this, Plum was at Knight Frank for eight years, during which she gained a wealth of experience with connections at the upper end of the market.

Plum’s new role will be to assist clients buying and selling homes above £2.5 million in value, while working closely with Savills network of local offices across the Cotswold region and building on the business’s excellent reputation.

She commented: “I am thrilled to be joining Savills, a company that holds client service, it’s people and property at its core. For me this role is somewhat of a homecoming, combining my passion for connecting people and the place I’ve called home for my entire life.

“Aside from its beauty and connectivity, one of the huge draws to the Cotswolds is the range of lifestyles on offer. There are exceptional schools for families, tranquil villages for those in pursuit of a quieter life or endless opportunities to socialise. I am hugely energised by the opportunities my experience in the global property market will bring to the role and to build upon Savills excellent reputation.”

Phillippa Dalby-Welsh, Head of Savills Country Department, added: “The Cotswolds is an important region for Savills, where we have built a reputation of providing excellent service over many years. I am sure that Plum’s excellent local knowledge that only comes from being born and raised there, combined with her experience of working with clients at the upper end of the market will contribute greatly to Savills growing success.”
