£50k milestone for Pattinson Community Foundation

Pattinson Estate Agency is celebrating raising £50,000 for charities via its partnership with a local community foundation fund.

Since 2016, Pattinson Estate Agency has donated a total of £50,000 to The Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland, providing essential support to organisations dedicated to addressing homelessness and housing related issues.

The fund has also supported a range of local charities and voluntary organisations that help young people and care leavers, survivors of domestic abuse and ex-offenders.

Promoting visibility

The charities supported are not advertised in the mainstream, and in addition to financial assistance, Pattinson Estate Agency actively engages in promoting the visibility through its monthly newsletter and various social media platforms. By amplifying their reach, the agency aims to further bolster the impact of these invaluable community initiatives.
