Gascoigne Halman has added a 23^rd office to its regional network across Cheshire, South Manchester and the Peak District.

Established in 1992, Baker, Wynne and Wilson is a highly regarded local brand in Nantwich with a strong track record in property sales.

Under the leadership of John Baker and Simon Morgan-Wynne, with Mark Johnson continuing as a consultant, its team will continue trading under the current brand for the foreseeable future.

Gascoigne Halman’s arrival in Nantwich will increase the services the Pepper Street office provides with its team adding lettings and mortgage expertise to the successful sales and auction business. The office will further strengthen the firm’s presence in the south and west of the region, where its Tarporley and Frodsham offices are already located.
