Influential property pro makes his Moove
Simon Gates, who was recently named the most influential person in the property sector, has been appointed Non-Executive Director for Open Moove.
Property technology platform, Open Moove, has made a high-profile addition to the leadership team with the appointment of Simon Gates as Non-Executive Director.
With over 200 estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers already on Open Moove’s waiting list, Gates’ appointment signals the firm’s ambition to scale its business, fundamentally transforming how property transactions are managed.
Gates brings 15+ years’ industry experience, deep market insight, and a relentless focus on performance-driven excellence to the role. He started his career in estate agency in 2009 and now runs his own successful consultancy, ‘Opening the Gates’, which aims to help estate and letting agents nurture their existing relationships and create new opportunities by showing them how to get the most out of property data, tech, direct mail, and, social media.
Industry influence
Recently named the most influential person in the property industry by The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA), he joins Open Moove in an advisory capacity, helping to shape the company’s strategic direction.
