Your Move has revealed its latest branch, which is in the Devon seaside town of Torquay within the former premises of Team 2, the agency that parent company LSL helped purchase in June last year.

The office is being run by branch manager Jeremy Kuur, who until June was the co-founder of Team 2 at the same address, neverthgeless the rebranded office has been revealed by the Edward Rose Property Group run by LSL franchise partner David Vertannes.

His group is one of the handful of franchisees now running most of the Your Move national network following LSL’s relatively recent decision to end direct control of its branches.

LSL says the new Torquay branch marks a significant milestone for Vertannes as part of his group’s ambitious growth plan for Devon, and follows the acquisition and rebranding of Team 2, which was  acquired with support from the LSL Estate Agency Franchising (LSLEAF) Assisted Acquisitions programme.

The Torquay branch is hoping to attract more landlords with the services that Your Move franchisees access including a dedicated landlord portal offering round-the-clock access to tenancy updates, financial statements, key property information, expert guidance on legislative changes.
