Rightmove lettings leads integrated into Alto software
Alto has signed a deal that will enable letting agents to managed their Rightmove Enhanced leads via its CRM system.

Rightmove and the industry’s leading lettings CRM Alto have announced an integration that will mean tenant leads from prospective applicants via the portal giant can now be managed via Alto in real time.
The deal is made possible in part because Alto was recently cut loose from its direct business and brand links with Zoopla and is now a standalone company.
Agents using Rightmove’s Enhanced leads feature via its Enquiry Manager tool – but who also use Alto – can now receive and manage these leads directly within the Alto CRM platform, in real-time.
Also, agents can then begin the process of running a free soft credit check on a potential applicant from directly within Alto, which is not the first (Reapit and Loop were among the first) but arguably the largest CRM to integrate with Rightmove’s Enhance leads system.
Rightmove’s Enhanced leads service puts prospective tenants through a Q&A at the enquiry stage so that they come pre-qualified with extra information including applicant affordability, when the tenant will be ready to move in, and who they plan to rent.
Key player
This integration fits into an overall pattern – that Rightmove wants to become a key player in the digitisation of the rental process both within the tenant and agency aspects of the process.
“We’re really excited to announce the onboarding of Alto, a natural next step to make sure our enhanced leads feature is integrated, making the lives of letting agents much easier,” says James Bassil, Rightmove’s Director of Product.
Nick Shaw, Chief Revenue Officer of Alto, says: “This integration brings together two of the leading platforms in property, Alto and Rightmove, to deliver real, practical value for agents.
“By connecting enhanced lettings leads into Alto, we’re helping thousands of busy agents save time, cut out manual processes, and focus on matching the right tenants with the right homes.”
