Two longstanding team members at The New Homes Group have been promoted into leadership roles as the firm embarks on an ‘exciting’ new chapter of growth.

Mark Platt has been appointed to the newly created role of Executive Director, where he will oversee the strategic direction of the business, which provides a range of services to housebuilders including independent mortgage advice and part exchange and assisted move management.

With a proven track record, Mark will guide The New Homes Group through its next phase of development, building on its position as a market leader in the industry.

Stepping up

Replacing him as as Divisional Managing Director is Zoe Sturgess, who has been with The New Homes Group for 16 years, holding pivotal roles including Sales Manager, Head of Sales, and most recently, Divisional Sales Director.

Her wealth of experience, strategic expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional service have been instrumental in the company’s success to date.
