Reapit strikes referencing deal with two providers
Neil Cobbold of Reapit says the firm wants to find partners for each of its service offerings.

Agency tech provider Reapit has signed a ‘referencing partnership’ with HomeLet and Let Alliance.
HomeLet and Let Alliance have agreed to provide all Reapit customers with not only referencing, but also their full range of services.
The other services include tenancy management, tenant referencing, rent guarantee, utilities management, tenants’ insurance and tenant services and landlord insurance.
Milestone
Dr Neil Cobbold, Commercial Director at Reapit UK (main picture), says: “Reapit is looking to secure a single provider for each market segment, and securing HomeLet and Let Alliance as our referencing strategic partner is a significant milestone in our mission to provide the best for our customers all under one roof.
“Letting agents and landlords are facing up to a post-Renters’ Rights world, and our upcoming enhanced integration with HomeLet and Let Alliance will equip agents with the tools to spot tenancy fraud, guarantee rental income, protect property investments and more”.
Tough market
Andy Halstead, CEO at HomeLet and Let Alliance, says: “It’s a tough market for our customers, every professional letting agent in the country has their eye on risk management, cost management, and growth.
“Our platform is free to use, provides all the functionality agents require, and through our new strategic partnership, will provide a deep integration, especially for rent guarantee claims management.
“Tenant Referencing is at the heart of what we do, and VISTA Referencing leads the market, this was very important to Reapit when deciding on who to partner with.”
Sanction rules
Last month, Reapit and Thirdfort announced a partnership to help agencies tackle new sanction reporting rules coming in May.
And in September, Reapit and Homesearch signed a deal to make Homesearch the official property data partner for Reapit’s CRM platform.
The deal was for an initial term of three years, with a possible extension.
