Reapit and Homesearch have signed a strategic partnership deal to make Homesearch the official property data partner for Reapit’s CRM platform.

The deal is set for an initial term of three years, with both parties committed to extending it, should it prove successful.

The integration of Homesearch’s property data directly into Reapit’s platform will provide agents with key insights and recontact opportunities.

As part of the deal, Homesearch has developed a bespoke lead generation tool exclusively for Reapit users.

Reapit Recontact automatically alerts agents when leads are ready to engage even if they are already working with another local agency.

Users will also enjoy free access to Homesearch’s Property Insight Reports via the Homesearch Insight App, which provides detailed data on every home in the UK – including sale and listing history, comparable sales (on- and off-market), and property size.
