Sourcing Property an independent property search agency, has announced the appointment of Stephen Britton. Stephen will take the lead on developing Sourcing Property’s new block management service; acting as the main point of contact for clients and helping to build up their portfolio.

Stephen has 15 years of block management experience with a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, he trained as a general practice surveyor before moving into block management. He said, “I’m very excited to join the Sourcing Property team and to be involved in setting up the block management department.

“We already have blocks ready to come on board with us and, because we’re investing in the latest systems and by ensuring that we have our procedures in place from day one, we know that we can deliver the level of service being demanded by property owners in central London.”

Jo Eccles, Managing Director, added, “It took us a whole year to find a block manager who could deliver the service level we’re striving for and we have full confidence that Stephen can achieve this for us.”
