Strutt & Parker has appointed Toby Downes as Director in London to advise buyers and sellers across Prime Central and South West London.

Toby returns to the property consultancy after a 13-year gap, during which time he spent three years advising ultra-high net worth buyers for Haringtons as well as almost nine years at Savills, helping to form the firm’s Super-Prime Development team.

He has a wealth of experience across the super-prime sector having worked closely on some of the most exclusive developments across the capital. Toby is also a Spears 500 ‘top recommended’ buying agent.

Following new investment from its shareholder BNP Paribas this year, Strutt & Parker is focusing on its growth ambitions and has made a number of strategic appointments in recent weeks.

Toby’s appointment follows that of Andrew Chambers as Director in London, and Minnie Stainrod as super-prime Lettings Associate. Earlier this year Claire Reynolds was announced as UK Head of Sales, and Gary Higgins as Managing Director.
