Yorkshire sales progression firm says its new platform can compress long and dull catch-up calls into short summaries for world-weary estate agents.

An industry proptech says it has launched a service that uses AI to summarise the lengthy sales progression telephone catch-up calls that many agents and conveyancing professionals will be all-too familiar with.

Pontefract, Yorkshire-based ASAP says the new technology is designed to solve one of the biggest problems facing the professionals involved in home moving – slow and repetitive communications between agents, solicitors and buyers.

ASAP says the new platform compresses lengthy property update calls into concise, instant summaries, helping to reduce delays, eliminate duplication and keep transactions moving.

Richard Megson, the company’s Managing Director says: “The industry loses a huge amount of time to chasing updates and repeated conversations.

The Voice

Following extensive R&D, the Voice Accelerator is designed to remove that friction – improving the overall speed of transactions and maintaining momentum.”

ASAP is an outsourced sales progression platform used by hundreds of estate agents across the UK and was founded in 2014 by Megson and Tony Hill.

Agents wishing to understand more about the unusual service should watch the short explanatory video the company has published.

Those who do watch it will spot that the launch is on 1st April, with Megson adding that “the idea of compressing often lengthy calls into seconds may sound appealing, the reality is that there is sadly no shortcut to faster transactions”.

The company recently appointed Kate Billany, former TwentyCI boss, as its sales director.
