TV gardening star Alan Titchmash has snapped up a stunning six-bedroom bungalow in Surrey.

It is understood that Alan and his wife moved into the property last November after buying it from the winner of a prize draw.

The property was listed separately with upmarket agency Savills, as well as Andrew Lodge estate agents during this period.

Omaze house

Andrew Lodge estate agents told The Negotiator this week that it had sold the property to Omaze, the million point house draw.

It is understood that the property was then won by Ms Reid, 55, and her husband Darren, 57, in 2024.

Andrew Lodge estate agents went on to suggest that the property was sold to the TV gardening star via Savills.

It has been built with sustainability in mind and has two air source heat pumps with underfloor heating throughout”.

Savills declined to comment when The Neg reached out to the upmarket estate agent.

However, its listing for the property reveals an asking price of £2.75million, and that it was sold in October 2025.

The listing explains that the property boasts a secluded plot of about 1.4 acres, and comes with a pool, sauna and a gym.

A modern classic

In addition, it highlights that the property has been “developed to a very high standard”.

It goes on to say: “The house has been interior designed in a modern classic style, incorporating natural materials including washed oak and Purbeck stone, and has been arranged to maximise natural light and views out to the garden with large Crittall style windows and doors throughout.”

It adds that the property “has been built with sustainability in mind and has two air source heat pumps with underfloor heating throughout”.
