Premium estate agency, Fine & Country, has appointed James Diggins (main picture) to lead its new licence covering Stockport and Saddleworth.

A highly experienced property professional who entered the industry in 2001 with a leading independent estate agency in Ramsbottom, Diggins launched his own business in 2016 – which has since achieved multiple awards in recognition of its outstanding service and communication.

Known for his client-first approach and innovative marketing strategies, Diggins specialises in the sale of distinctive homes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and beyond.

Diggins believes that the heart of his success is a highly motivated in-house team focused on delivering exceptional service, and says that the launch comes at the right time as his core business marks its tenth anniversary this year.

“I feel now is the right time to grow in the upper quartile property arena and build a premium brand business from within,” he says.
