Fine & Country expands into Northern Ireland

Fine & Country has expanded its network with the launch of Fine & Country Northern Ireland, operated by established local estate agency Fetherstons and led by Managing Director Mike Fetherston.

The new licence combines Fetherstons’ local market expertise with Fine & Country’s international premium property network and marketing, targeting owners of high-end and exceptional homes across Northern Ireland.

Established in 2011, Fetherstons has three offices across Northern Ireland, with a team of 22 covering residential sales, new homes, lettings and property management.

The business is led by an experienced senior team, including Partners and senior valuers Geoff Thompson, Will Miscampbell and Jonathan Steen (left to right image, excluding Mike Fetherston).

Fetherstons says it is seeing interest from buyers relocating to Northern Ireland, including people returning after living elsewhere and purchasers from outside the province.
