Winkworth engages property specialist comms agency

The Oracle Group has been appointed by Winkworth to lead its communications strategy to strengthen national brand awareness.

Founded in 2011, The Oracle Group has developed a specialist focus on the property sector, providing PR, content, digital marketing, social media and event support for property businesses.

The partnership will see the company support communications across Winkworth’s UK business, as well as helping promote its international presence, which includes operations in Spain and the Asia-Pacific region serving overseas buyers.

Founded in 1835, Winkworth operates more than 100 independently owned offices across London, regional and coastal markets, serving a registered community of around 175,000 buyers and tenants. The business has operated under a franchise model since the early 1980s.
