Andrews, one of the UK’s largest independent and most ethical estate agents has signed up to Reapit which it will use alongside its in-house software in a bid to ‘future proof’ its business.

Its 50-plus sales and lettings branches across London, the Home Counties and beyond will now use Reapit’s RPS online and mobile-based system, which provides vendors, landlords, applicants and tenants with access to a range of digital tools and  self-service options.

Crucially, it enables buyers to book viewings out of hours and, as one agent puts it on the Reapit website, takes the best of the online agency model and marry it to a traditional service.
Andrews says the new partnership is designed to help the company grow, optimise its central functions and make the business more efficient.

David Westgate (left), Group CEO at Andrews Property Group, said: “We are pleased to be working with Reapit and are confident that they will assist us in delivering some of our key strategic objectives.

“Their software will support Andrews’ business performance and importantly our customers’ experience when choosing us for their property journey. This is part of a number of investments and innovations we are making to future-proof our business offering.”

Gary Barker (right), CEO at Reapit said: “Andrews Property Group is passionate about going further to deliver exceptional customer service, and we are delighted to be the provider of the software that will enable Andrews to deliver world-class products and services, resulting in an optimised customer journey.

“We look forward to helping them achieve not only their current objectives, but also those that emerge as they evolve along this new strategic path.”

Andrews recently signed up to a long-term deal with OnThemarket.
