Richard Kirby is the newest addition to the team at Chartered Surveyors, Lee Baron based in Central London. Richard has been appointed as Associate Valuation Surveyor, as the company continues to grow from strength to strength.

Richard moves from Lamberts Chartered Surveyors where he worked for 13 years.

His most recent role was an Associate Director where he was responsible for the valuation of residential property throughout Greater London and the South East.

Richard is an Associate of the RICS and has been working in property valuation for 30 years.
