Alto launches suite of built-in AI tools

CEO of leading software supplier says, "What we're putting in front of the market today will change how agencies operate."

Alto has launched Alto Intelligence, a suite of five AI capabilities built directly into its platform.

It marks a significant step for the industry, showing how AI is being embraced and changing how estate agency works.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, Chief Executive of Alto, explains: “The industry has spent years talking about what AI might do for estate agency. We’ve spent that time building it. What we’re putting in front of the market today isn’t a roadmap, a concept, or even a waiting list. It’s five capabilities that change how agencies operate.”

The capabilities includes Alto IQ – an AI data analyst, available free to every Alto customer – and AutoCert, which is an AI agent that manages compliance certifications end to end, automatically handling Gas Safety certificates, EICRs and other key compliance obligations.

The industry has spent years talking about what AI might do for estate agency. We’ve spent that time building it.”

There is also Alto IQ, which mines agency data and surfaces insights, patterns, and recommended actions that would take hours to find manually, from identifying which listings are at risk of falling through, to flagging applicants showing buying signals a team hasn’t yet acted on.

Competitive lead

Alto Prospecting identifies sellers and landlords before competitors do, helping agencies win instructions earlier and build a stronger pipeline month on month, while Alto Lead Flow handles inbound enquiries instantly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Alto Smart Listings turns property details and images into market-ready listings in a fraction of the time, reducing listing creation from hours to minutes.

Alto Prospecting, Alto Lead Flow, and Alto Smart Listings are available to Alto customers today. Alto IQ and AutoCert are rolling out to customers shortly.

A third of UK estate agency runs on Alto. That means we hold two decades of real transaction data, real workflows, real outcomes.”

Iannucci-Dawson adds: “A third of UK estate agency runs on Alto. That means we hold two decades of real transaction data, real workflows, real outcomes.

“You can build a clever interface in a quarter. You cannot manufacture two decades of estate agency workflow data. It’s what makes every capability we ship meaningfully better than generic AI and it’s the reason agencies are already seeing so much value.

Every action in Alto Intelligence is logged, attributable, and reviewable.”

“Every action in Alto Intelligence is logged, attributable, and reviewable. We’ve engineered specific use cases with guardrails around what AI can and can’t do, because when AI gets it wrong in a regulated industry, the agency wears it, not the vendor. We’ve taken the harder route because it’s the right one.

“Agencies are under real pressure to do more with less. The ones growing fastest are rethinking where their team’s time actually goes. Alto Intelligence is the most direct answer to that we’ve ever put in front of the market – and the results we’re already seeing tell us we’re building the right thing.”
