Draper London outlines plans to scale the business with up to 20 hires and new branches in the pipeline.

Draper London - Craig Draper and David PollockNewly launched estate agency, Draper London, has revealed plans for rapid expansion, with up to five new offices and a significant recruitment drive already underway.

Founded in September 2025 by Managing Director Craig Draper, (main image left), alongside Non-Executive Chairman David Pollock, (main image right), it is targeting growth across central, north-west and west London in the next three to five years.

The group has already opened its Bristol Gardens (W9) headquarters, staffed with a team of five from other agents including Knight Frank, Chestertons, and Marsh & Parsons. It is considering Hampstead for its next location.

The agency, which offers sales, lettings, property management and new homes services, is also planning to recruit up to 20 staff within the next 12 to 18 months as it builds its teams and leadership structure.

Expansion plans

The growth strategy follows a strong start, with the business completing almost £30million in sales since launch, alongside securing major lettings instructions and landlord portfolios.

Craig Draper, who began his career in the London property market in 2007, said: “Draper London is focused on combining the trust, professional dress code, discipline and strong work ethic of traditional estate agency with intelligent technology and strategic digital marketing.

“We have bold and exciting expansion plans and see the next few years as a period of huge opportunity for both Draper London and the London real estate market.”

Advanced technology

The firm’s proposition centres on high-quality marketing for every instruction, regardless of price point, supported by digital campaigns, professional photography and tailored promotion.

Former Managing Director of multi-office agency, Greene & Co, David Pollock added: “We have a clear strategy to expand across the capital, but from the outset this is being done carefully and without compromising standards.

“Whilst estate agency is a people business at its core, the use of advanced technology, data and digital marketing is essential… to deliver improved outcomes for clients.”
