A Sequence of announcements

Sequence has announced six key promotions within its team following record results which have seen more than 20,000 new homes sold in the past five years.

The promotions further strengthen the firm’s national land and new homes offering and demonstrate the business’ commitment to ensuring its people and service remain at the forefront of the market.

Glyn Richards takes up his role as Land Board of Management Partner in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Sussex while Hannah Thomas (Sussex) and Nicole Shipperley (London – north of The Thames and Maidenhead) have been promoted to New Homes Partners.

Finally, Roy Clarke has become Land Director for Norfolk, Suffolk and East Cambridgeshire.

Jason Howes, Sequence’s Land & New Homes National Managing Director, said: “These are very well-deserved promotions, resulting from a lot of hard work in what has been a challenging few years for the new homes industry. We’re extremely proud of the progress that Andrew, Angela, Glyn, Hannah, Nicole and Roy have made and their personal development now paves the way for up-and-coming colleagues to reach their full potential too.”
