Multi-disciplinary South London and southern England estate agency The Acorn Group has opened its 40th branch in the Kentish town of Sevenoaks.
The opening, which the group says will be its flagship branch in the county under one of the three brands its operates under, Langford Russell. The other two brands are Acorn and Johns Payne.
This latest cold start, which is offering a 0% sales fee until 30th June, means the group has doubled its branch network via new offices and acquisition in just ten years under the leadership of its chairman
Rob Sargent, who opened the firm’s initial office in Grove Park, South London, in 1984.
He is also well-known as one of the key industry figures to lead the #SayNoToRightmove campaign during Covid.
The new is in a prime high street position in Sevenoaks and benefits from a luxurious state-of-the-art refit (see right).
Its team will be led by area manager Chris Salt (pictured) and branch boss Paul Reid who have over 40 years of agency experience between them.
They are joined by a handpicked group of property professionals who will deliver a complete raft of services from sales and lettings to land, commercial, new homes and financial services.
Group CEO Neil Louth says “We have invested a tremendous amount of time, effort and money into perfecting the opening of our new branches. “Community is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s vital that our teams are carefully selected to understand and immerse themselves in the area in which they work.
“Whether you’re a seller in Blackheath, a developer building in Bromley or a buyer looking for their perfect Sevenoaks home, our team work collaboratively to support the individual needs of each client at every step of their property journey.”
