Former Keller Williams agent leads Nested’s UK expansion

Nested is launching in Scotland with Andy Reid taking the helm to steer the self-employed partnership model North of the border through both the Lowlands and the Highlands.

Nested announced its partnership model in February which sees partner agents receive at least 75% of the selling fee as commission .

Since then, the firm has grown from 10 to 33 partner agents, a 220% increase, and they are now poised to grow further as they expand into Scotland.

Reid, a former Keller Williams and RE/MAX franchisee owner and now Nested’s Regional Partner for Scotland, will be responsible for running the entire Scottish region, providing full support and training. And he has already signed up a partner agent covering Inverness (main picture).

He says: “As an owner and in leadership roles within various franchise models, I have witnessed the challenges these models face in establishing themselves in the UK, especially within the Scottish property market and unique legal system.

“When looking at Nested and the unwavering support, guidance and advanced technology on offer – along with their desire to ensure that the processes the Scottish property system requires are set up with the clients and agents in mind – it seemed obvious to me that Nested was the perfect self-employed model for Scotland.”
