Big agency’s staff forget market problems and party the night away
Champagne corks fly in the spirit of celebration, reflection, and camaraderie as Group celebrates another successful year with food, drink, music and entertainment.
Beresfords, one of the largest family-owned independent agencies in the UK, celebrated staff achievements at its annual Summer Awards last month.
The awards serve as a platform to recognise and honour team members who have achieved remarkable milestones across residential sales, residential lettings, land and new homes as well as Whybrow Commercial Services, Flagstone Financial Management, Cheke & Co Chartered Surveyors and Countryside Breaks.
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
The party’s coveted Employee Of the Year; Best Sales Office and Best Lettings Office awards, were among the most celebrated accolades of the evening, awarded to Charlotte Micallef (main picture), Gidea Park branch and Brentwood respectively.
Essex-based Beresfords also recently recognised long-serving team members who have demonstrated loyalty, commitment, and expertise in serving the Group and its clients throughout their tenure.
This year, four team members; Sam Davies, Mortgage & Protection Advisor; Paul Woods, Branch Manager; Lucy Fordham, Secretarial administrator, and Lisa Fossey, PA to Managing Director Steven Bond, each celebrated five years.
