Two Boards and annual awards

Bernadette Barcham (right) and Nicki Treffers (below) have been appointed to the Board of Directors for Essex property group, Beresfords. The appointments mark a significant milestone for the company as it continues expansion and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional services to clients across the region.

Bernie, who is Director of Lettings, has been an integral part of the Beresfords family since 1995 and since initially joining as a marketing manager on maternity cover, Nicki stepped up to Director of New Business and Marketing before joining the Board.

The announcement follows the business’s annual summer awards last month, which recognises team members who have achieved remarkable milestones and contributed significantly to growth across the group’s companies and divisions.

Awards included Employee of the Year, Best Sales Office and Best Lettings Office which went to Charlotte Micallef, Gidea Park Branch and Brentwood respectively.
