Essex property group Beresfords traded suits for Stetsons this month as colleagues gathered for a Wild West-themed celebration.

A total of 175 members of staff from across the business came together for an evening of line dancing, live music and themed activities.

The highlight of the night was an awards ceremony hosted by Chief Executive Paul Beresford, recognising outstanding performance across the group.

Award winners

Charlotte Micallef was the standout winner of the evening, claiming multiple honours across sales and survey referrals categories.

She took home top listing consultant, a high flyer award and the Cheke & Co top individual survey referrals accolade.

Andy Carr matched her haul, being named financial adviser of the year and high flyer in financial services.
Sam O’Sullivan claimed the most prestigious prize of the night, being named employee of the year.

Lauren Mobsby was recognised for best individual customer service across the group, while Chelmsford Lettings won best team in the same category.

Braintree and Billericay were named most improved offices in sales and lettings respectively, reflecting strong progress during the past year.

Upminster claimed best office in sales and Brentwood took the equivalent honour in lettings, underlining their consistent performance across the year.

Ben Stubbington received special recognition in sales, recognising his contribution across the business.
Beresford enthuses that the annual event is one of the most anticipated dates in the company calendar.
