There is good news from Bruton Knowles, an independent national property consultancy, which has released its annual financial results revealing record turnover and profits. Turnover increased by 8% to £13.85m (2018/2019), while net profits rose by 72% to £2.3m (2018/2019).
During 2018/2019, Bruton Knowles celebrated nearly 500 new business wins across key sectors and recently opened a new branch in London, to service a significant and growing client base in the capital and South East. building a team of specialists from existing personnel and new appointments.
The independently-owned national property consultancy has 12 offices across the UK. Its large multi-disciplinary team is highly knowledgeable in sale and purchase, valuation, leasing and strategy, providing specialist insightful advice helping clients to achieve more from land and property.
