Romans Direct, an internal customer service team based at Romans’ Head Office in Crowthorne, raised £117 for Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service by wearing hats!

National hat day took place on 15th January and the team embraced the challenge.

This is one of the first charity events of the year for Romans, following an epic result last year when the company raised over £55,000 for Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.

The money was raised through a combination of challenging and imaginative events, which included several marathons, go-karting, golf competitions, cycling events, bodybuilding, sponsored walks, colour runs, auctions, and even the Great Romans Bald Off where two brave employees agreed to shave off all of their hair.

Co-founder of the charity, Fiona Devine, said, “The support of Romans is truly inspirational. Their passion, enthusiasm and dedication are fantastic and we are so grateful for everything they have done for us.

We simply cannot thank them enough.”
