House Collective donates entire sales fee to charity
House Collective director, Jonathan Brandling-Harris, explains why the agency is donating its fee from a Primrose Hill property sale to Mary’s Charity.
London estate agency, House Collective, is donating its entire fee from a recent property sale in Primrose Hill to North London-based Mary’s Charity.
The donation will support the charity’s work with young people who are at risk of school exclusion, involvement in the criminal justice system or the effects of violence.
House Collective said the decision reflects its “Better, Collectively” ethos, which centres on businesses supporting the communities in which they operate.
Jonathan Brandling-Harris, director of House Collective (main image centre with charity representatives), said: “Primrose Hill has given us a great deal, and giving our full fee to Mary’s Charity is our way of giving something back. We can’t fix this on our own, but we can show what’s possible.”
The decision follows research released by the Charities Aid Foundation’s Corporate Giving Report 2026, which claims seven in ten did nothing to support a single charity last year.

Mary’s Charity provides mentoring, education, counselling and practical safety support to young people facing significant challenges.
The charity supported 3,453 young people in 2025, all of whom were excluded from school or at risk of exclusion and affected by or at risk of violence, according to the release.
Jason Allen, director at Mary’s Charity, said: “Our programmes have achieved a 64% success rate in reducing aggression, with over 650 young people completing Level 1 and 2 accredited courses. When a local business stands alongside these young people, it helps save young lives.”
House Collective is encouraging other businesses to support causes in their local communities through financial donations, volunteering or sharing their expertise.
