Last week, professionals from across the property industry came together to celebrate fundraising efforts and community generosity at the Agents Giving Charity Ball.

Hosted at Denbies Wine Estate in the Surrey Hills, the evening’s awards were hosted by Amy Shields of Women in Estate Agency, who announced this year’s Fundraising Champions of the Year. The awards recognised agents, suppliers and individuals who have gone above and beyond to support their local communities and charitable causes.

Winners on the evening included Andrews Property Group, David Astburys, Spicerhaart, Red Squirrel Property Shop, Cubitt & West, Groundsure, PVS Media, Greenaway Residential, Dawsons, and National Home Move.

A brand-new accolade, the Industry Collaboration Award, was also introduced and awarded to Women in Estate Agency for their exceptional efforts in bringing people together across the sector.

Honouring outstanding contribution

One of the most emotional moments of the evening was the presentation of the Outstanding Contribution to Charity Award, sponsored by Propertymark, which went to Naomi Webborn of Dawsons. Naomi was recognised for her tireless work in raising awareness of rare conditions and her leadership in community-based fundraising.

Naomi commented: “To be surrounded by so many people who care deeply about their communities was both emotional and inspiring. I’m immensely proud of what our team at Dawsons has achieved.”

Thanks to the generosity of all who attended and took part in the charity auction, the ball raised an incredible £35,000 in support of St Mungo’s, helping those affected by homelessness.
