The first Southampton Sailing Week Property Cup welcomed eight boats with 80 sailors competing for the title.

Sponsored by property consultancy JLL, the event, held as part of the Southampton Property Association’s Friday Frolics networking session, took place at Banana Wharf.

The winner, law firm Dutton Gregory, was announced during the drinks reception.

Nella Pang, associate director at JLL in Southampton, which entered a team in the competition, and chair of the Southampton Property Association, said, “This was a fantastic event and a great opportunity to make the most of the beautiful waterfront we have on our doorstep. The weather was brilliant, the teams in high spirits and the camaraderie among the sailors great to see. Congratulations to Dutton Gregory!”
