Romans visit hospice site
Romans has raised money and awareness for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service for the last four years.
With the hospice build in full swing Romans visited the site near Maidenhead.
“It was an incredible afternoon and extremely moving to walk around the hospice site and discover more about the build,” said John Sumner, Regional Lettings Director at Romans.
“We were all amazed at not only the sheer size of the hospice but also at the meticulous attention to detail that has gone into the design. They really have thought of everything; from the curved hallways ideal for children to run up and down and play in, to the impressive hydrotherapy pool, and the large fireplace in the entrance which will look beautiful during the winter months.”
Last year Romans raised over £55,000 for the charity and known for not resting on their laurels, they continue to raise funds throughout 2016.
John adds, “Seeing where the money we’ve raised is being spent has made us even more determined to raise more vital funds this year.”
