Assisted move and part exchange operator for new-build market, Moving Made Easy (MME), has been acquired by conveyancing and property services giant Simplify.

MME has seen significant growth during the last 11 years and is now the largest independent provider of assisted sales and part exchange programmes to housebuilders in the UK.

With an assisted move, MME sells a buyer’s existing property for them so they can buy a new house from a developer, while a part exchange guarantees a purchaser for the new buyer’s old house and allows them to remain in their home while they wait for the new-build to be finished.

Ben Greco, chief operating officer of Simplify, says it’s excited to expand its resale services to the housebuilder market.

Sales pipelines

“Moving Made Easy are leaders in delivering great programmes that drive the sales pipelines of their housebuilder clients whilst always maintaining a firm focus on friendly customer service as justified by their outstanding Trustpilot reviews,” says Greco.

“Working together will be a great fusion of exemplary customer service and innovative bespoke technology.”
