Rayner Personnel, the estate and lettings recruitment firm, has launched a financial services division and appointed Daniel Clow as Head (main picture, right)  as it looks to cash in on growing demand in the sector.

Clow has an extensive background in the mortgage and insurance sectors and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. He was previously Divisional Sales Director at Just Mortgages and prior to that Mortgage Manager at Sequence UK.

THRILLED

Josh Rayner, Chief Executive of Rayner Personnel, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Clow to our team as the Head of our new division.

“With his leadership, we are confident that we can leverage our existing success and take our financial services recruitment division to the next level.

“Our goal is to be the total talent partner for both job seekers and employers in the financial services industry.”

Clow adds: “I could not be more excited to get going with Rayner Personnel.

“With a couple of big contracts agreed already and countless candidates asking for help with their dream move, I have no doubt we will be able to be the ‘total talent partner’ in the financial services world.”

100 LIVE JOBS

Rayner Personnel’s new division already has over 100 live job roles and  launched with a team of five recruiters all with financial backgrounds.

Demand in agency financial services has been growing with The Neg reporting last week how Belvoir Group was continuing its push into mortgage brokering after buying MAB South West for £1 million.
