Keller Williams UK (KWUK) is launching a consumer portal with enhanced communication tools and a new message wall as it beefs up its distribution strategy.

The portal will offer new content and tools to nurture leads as well as digital lead generation through targeted social media built directly into KWUK‘s CRM platform.

INTEGRATION

Data integration will also provide information on every house in the UK integrated into KWUK’s CRM platform.

The event took place at the Vue Cinema, Leicester Square.

Other technological initiatives will include applicant matching across the entire KWUK network and the ability to publish each new listing on kw.com and an internal search system, making it visible to 200,000 KW agents worldwide.

Speaking at KWUK’s Megacamp last week at London’s VUE Cinema in Leicester Square  Chief Executive Mark Readings laid out a new UK Strategy for the hybrid agency incorporating agent-centric priorities.

KWUK will introduce a reward programme for agents that increases yearly, up to three years which will be available for existing and new agents with production history.

Changes will also be introduced to ensure that each agent’s name and image are ‘front and centre’ in all branding and a ‘licence to trade’ policy will be introduced for those joining KWUK who are new to the industry.

STRATEGY ADVISERS

Five agent strategy advisers will also be joining the KWUK Regional Team.

Readings says: “Who you are in business with matters. Last week’s Megacamp event confirmed the importance of that again.

“It was an incredible day, with many takeaways and learning points for everyone in the room to support them in growing their businesses.”

And he adds: “It was also the perfect place for me to announce Phase One of our new UK Strategy, totally committed to building KWUK around our agents. This is a new chapter for KWUK with much more to come.”

The Neg revealed in August how Readings had been appointed to the role of Chief Executive.
