Lettings agency in running to be crowned UK’s official Employer of the Year
Leicester firm Sulets is a finalist in the government-founded Investors in People annual awards.
Specialist student lettings agency Sulets is in the running to be crowned employer of the year.
The Leicester-based agency has already beaten hundreds of firms to make the final shortlist in the gold category in The Investors in People Awards 2021 which celebrate the best organisations and individuals from around the world.
CEO Irving Hill (pictured) says that in a record-breaking year for entries, with nearly three hundred organisations involved, it’s an outstanding achievement and one that everyone at Sulets is proud of.
He adds: “It is a privilege to be shortlisted for this award – it shows a clear indication of the dedication and hard work the team has invested in the business. We look forward to the awards evening in November to hopefully add to our recent Investors in People Gold award.”
Sulets is a not-for-profit, charitable trust providing high quality accommodation for students in Leicester, which can keep letting costs affordable due to no hidden charges and all surplus being reinvested back into the charity. Sulets’ mission is to raise standards in accommodation and to be honest, transparent, and fair.

Investors in People was founded by the government but became independent in 2017.
