Due to a surge in demand from overseas buy to let investors, LH1 London – an off market sales and marketing specialist for off plan residential developments across major UK towns and cities – has promoted Rayna Hunter to the position of Global Sales Director.
Rayna will support LH1 London’s relationships with Developer Partners, as well as the firm’s extensive network of global ‘brokers’ who provide access to buyers keen to be a part of the UK’s rental market.
Rayna joined LH1 London two years ago, following twenty years running her own PR and Events company, where she developed a diverse range of experience working with luxury property firms, high profile private clients.
Rayna said, “I have been a part of LH1 London since it launched shortly after Brexit was formally announced in 2017. I have seen how popular its unique model has become – not just with developers seeing the benefits of selling their off-plan homes off market to global property investors pre-launch, but also with UK buyers. I am very excited to further my career path within the company.”
